Interim Director of Customer Service
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, is looking for an experienced interim Director of Customer Services for a period of 6 months on a Fixed Term Pro Rata basis.
The primary function of this role is to provide leadership and management to the Customer Services teams and to ensure the effective delivery of a business transformation programme in relation to how customer services operate (process improvement aligned to standard operating procedures, enabling improved performance management and therefore improved service to customers).
The post holder will also be responsible for the successful implementation of phases one and two of the current project major project it has underway. new housing management system.
This role has three direct reports including two customers services managers and a change manager and the role is part of our clients Leadership Team. As such there is requirement to produce and be accountable to a non-executive Board of directors and the CEO.
Our Client is at an important point in the change journey and therefore the successful candidate will be required to get up to speed quickly, possessing strong people skills and clear, confident communication will be essential.
