(PSO - Junior Project Manager - 6 months - up to 25 p/day outside IR35 remote - government background)

Our Government client is looking for a senior PSO/Admin/Junior Project Manager with experience working withi0n a Technology Environment

Working with other PSO's and Project Managers you will be assisting and communicating with the wider project and being pro-active to chase and share information.

Helping develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project.

Helping monitor projects to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan.

Responsible not only for identifying project objectives, but ensuring that they're met.

Responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate stakeholders.

Experience required:

Central Government experience ideally.

Must be pro-active and want to make a difference to the programme, communication skills are key.

Must be able to multi-task, have great communication skills and are able to easily adapt to changing circumstances.

Experience in project planning and risk and issue management.

Experience of logging, manage and analyse information on the progress of the project, using Excel and other bespoke databases.

Experience of coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report their results.

Having project management experience

Knowing project management methodology (PRINCE2, MSP)

Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office

Government and Scrum/Agile are desirable

Project Management Professional Certification
