This company focuses on three sectors RPS, Student accommodation and Residential and have reaped the rewards from targeting these areas. The Role
Our Client is looking for a Project Director to work on their impressive portfolio which covers the midlands area. You will draw on your experience of working on a wide variety of new build projects. The projects you will be entrusted with are large scale so previous experience on similar projects is preferable. You will be overseeing several schemes of work simultaneously so experience working under similar conditions is again preferable.
The Person
Ideally you will have experience within the Property sector and enjoy working within a team of hard working and ambition colleagues. The culture of this company is well revered and is mentioned as a drawing point for potential candidates. This is an opportunity to impose your vision on Property projects across the Midlands with the high level of autonomy that you will be given.
