Our client, a large UK based university, is currently looking to identify an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to guide the university through to its new target operating model for academic & professional services.
Reporting to the executive sponsor, the successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for the discovery phase and delivering a robust business case to the board on the recommendations for the new target operating model.
In the wake of covid, this university is looking to transform its academic and professional services to gain efficiencies and cost savings. As the successful candidate you will lead the organisational design, production of business case, pitching the future model, together with pressure testing the transformation plan along the way. This role will be home based initially.
You will lead on the engagement strategy as well as manage all key stakeholder relationships. You will also been able to demonstrate robust business case development, option appraisals, and process mapping.
You will be an experienced project management consultant who has lean six sigma or similar and a good track record of restructuring similar organisations.
Previous experience of working with academics is beneficial.
