Senior Software Project Manager

GBP60,000 to GBP70,000 per annum, depending on experience plus benefits.

Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company that is creating cutting-edge SaaS solutions in its industry sector.

As the successful candidate, you will be a proactive, detail-oriented and software savvy individual who can manage to change priorities with a passion for client delivery. You will have a solid background as a Senior Project Manager and be very comfortable in agile & software environments and you must have experience with SAAS.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Active stakeholder management both internally and externally, ensuring all parties involved are aware of the project progress.
• Maintain active project management artefacts to ensure efficient project management delivery.
• Manage the successful delivery of the client implementation process, timely delivery of reports, budgets and resource requests are highlighted at the right opportunity.
• Build strong and meaningful client relationships and stakeholder management at all levels.
• You will need to be confident in presenting to clients and third-party organisations and have the understanding and experience to lead commercial conversations.
• Experience around the SAAS platform.
• Leading and managing the delivery of projects within scope, on budget and on-time.
• Co-ordinating internal resources on client engagements and fully scoped projects.
• Being the point of escalation for internal team members and the key client stakeholders.
• Managing a portfolio of projects and deploying an agile delivery model to meet all deliverables.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and reporting.
• Create and maintain project documentation in collaboration with the PMO function.
• Manage and mitigate project risk.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in delivering SAAS project.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Software project and life cycle delivery and acceptance.
• An agile delivery model, software delivery.
