Our client is considered the leader in their field and are seen as the voice of authority in their market. This CEO role is to deliver succession, entrepreneurial leadership and grow the business strategically by building upon the technology, market position and client base, to take the company to the next level.
The ideal CEO candidate will have a track record of developing Tech SME's and will have previously led a successful exit strategy.
In addition to a succession opportunity, it is felt that the business is at a stage where it needs to step up to address larger opportunities and exports. That step may well be a merger or sale to a larger entity that wishes to extend its portfolio and customer base.
The Role will include:

- Negotiating with internal & external stakeholders to get buy-in from colleagues to adopt change, build teamwork and develop the company.
- Overseeing the sales process sales and client-relationship management
- Taking a lead in the production of business proposals and tenders
- Understanding and implementing operational and technology compliance standards.
- Identifying new markets and emerging trends.
- Proposing and developing new strategic partnerships
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Guiding the Company direction to meet business requirements and strategic objectives.
