An innovative UK Consultancy are seeking experienced Senior Management Consultants with a proven track record of leading Agile Transformation (workplace agility) initiatives to join their rapidly growing global Agile division.
Working with some of the largest and most complex companies from across the globe you will set up and execute Agile transformations that are tailored to the individual clients needs.
You must come from a Management Consulting background and have demonstrable experience in:

Ideally you will be SAFe or Kanban certified.
Due to the consultative nature of this role you must be eligible and happy to travel globally including staying away from home Monday to Friday.

- Writing effective proposals
- Building relationships with senior (CxO) stakeholders
- Executing Agile transformation (workplace agility) projects that are successful and sustainable.
- Exceeding sales targets, recognising sales opportunities
- Managing consulting teams, successfully managing projects
As an Agile specialist you will have:
- In depth understanding of scaling frameworks including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams
- Innovative and relevant presentation skills
- Experience coaching teams to adopt Agile practises.
You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop profitable working relationships.
