Hallmark Care Homes are a distinguished provider of multi-award-winning care homes based on family values. With 20 care homes across England and South Wales, we are recognised in the industry for providing high quality care and outstanding, innovative facilities and have been accredited as a Top Recommended Large Care Provider in the UK for 2020.

The Hallmark Care Homes Foundation is a relatively new foundation with the purpose of recognising and supporting those within the social care industry. Alongside three other Founding Patrons, the foundation supports the Championing Social Care initiative which delivers the successful Care Sector Fundraising Ball and the recent social media campaign #SparkleforSocialCare and future events planned such as “Care Sector’s Got Talent!”

We are now looking for an exceptional CEO who will turn the Foundation from a recent start-up into a well-respected funder, sought out by people with great initiatives. You will create a portfolio of innovative partners who will be aligned to our values and mission. Our new CEO will build on and develop the vision and excellent work carried out by Hallmark Care Homes, ensuring we remain relevant and innovative in the ever-changing environment. Within the Foundation umbrella is The Hemraj Goyal Foundation, established in 2010, by the family and friends of Mr Goyal.  Since the Foundation commenced it has built strong partnerships and has contributed to the rising profile of Barnado’s National FGM Centre, the growth of BINTI International, widening the network of charities including the Outward-Bound Trust, Cherie Blair Foundation and Lily Against Human Trafficking. Another key focus is the working with and through a new generation of young people to support them as they embark on their own fundraising events and raise awareness through their peers.

You will be an advocate of the social care sector and create a culture of innovation, both in terms of building new initiatives and in the continual improvement of our working practices. As an experienced leader, you will have a track record of developing relationships, generating proposals, and securing partnerships to enhance the Foundations’ awareness and build out income. You will lead both Foundations as an authentic and inspiring ambassador, actively promoting our social purpose and values.
