High growth firm, new role, offers Main Board level reporting and fast route to senior leadership roles

This is a truly exceptional and rare opportunity for a fast track senior strategy consultant to position themselves for an early promotion to a senior leadership role.

Our client is a leader, operating in the B2B markets, based in London but with global clout especially in the US and Washington. Continued growth has led to this new role being created, reporting to the COO and working closely with the main Board including the CEO and the founder Chairman. The function of the role is to provide analytical and strategic insight with a focus on future strategy and business development, delivering on key strategic objectives through a wide variety of special projects and assignments working internationally across the organisation.

This exceptionally high-profile role will also work with the operational business leaders across the group.

This role is seen as a springboard for accelerated career development.

Salary and package

£130,000 - £150,000 base plus discretionary bonus potential plus benefits

Location and mobility

London based with occasional international travel.

• Experience as a strategy consultant gained in either a major consultancy firm or a highly regarded boutique strategy firm
• Strong academic profile
• Sustained fast track career progression to date (indicated by promotions rather than employer changes)
• Analytical, innovative, results driven problem solver and team player with excellent commercial and communication skills at all levels of the business
