You will work closely with all key stakeholders to define, plan and deliver a modern mobile first and data driven enterprise architecture that enables the business strategy. You will be leading the design of the technology strategy, enterprise architecture and shape the technology roadmap. You will be experienced in the technical and commercial needs for digital marketing and eCommerce platforms and enabling a great online consumer experience. You will have experience of working with B2B teams to help drive sales growth, and operational efficiency through enhancing and automating the lead to cash process end to end.
You will be working alongside a collaborative and hands on senior leadership team who all have a 'company first' ethos and a real vision for the future growth of the business. They want someone to join them on their journey for the long term and live their values of loyalty, honesty, integrity trust and collaboration.
Head of Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture role requirements:
- Strong technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and solution architect background
- Strong communication skills to participate in product innovation meetings at board level to discuss the technology roadmap.
- A strong people manager and leader.
- A very positive mindsetwith a can do attitude is key!
- Passionate about getting things done and able to engage people across the business to complete goals and quickly drive value.
- Any experience in Salesforce, Adobe AEM, Analytics, Targett and Campaign, Zuora and AWS will be highly beneficial
- Experience working in a consultancy or digital agency environment
- Strong technical understanding in software development - ideally a background as a Developer would be a bonus.
