Growing technology company in the security space is hiring a Channel Sales Director who can build a multi-channel sales strategy from the ground up. This is a well funded firm in the Security space that has ambitious growth plans. The role will be part of the leadership team. This is a role that requires an experienced individual in Channel Sales who is a self starter and innovator able to set up and grow a successful function.

The responsibilities within the role are extensive and include:

• Developing new partnerships and cultivating existing ones
• Owning the sales process from the beginning to end
• Developing and managing strong relationships with senior management at partner organisations
• Establishing a channel strategy and driving the execution
• Hiring additional expertise in to the team
• Keeping abreast of changes and developments in the market and educating others internally and externally

The ideal individual must have:

• Multi year experience in Channel Sales within the technology market.
• A strong understanding for the InfoSec and Cybersecurity space
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills developed over years dealing with senior level executives
• A track record of achieving sales targets and managing others to do the same
• The ability to develop and grow something from scratch and to operate in a culture that is creative, innovative and fast moving.
