SAP Change Manager

We are under instruction from our Global specialist consulting client, for a SAP Change Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will be initially working remote due to the current restrictions, but will eventually require occasional travel to UK client site.

The key deliverables required for this SAP Change Manager piece of work are:

• Lead the business readiness to ensure a smooth transition to the new processes and ways of working
• Assess the change impact
• Identify and document change impacts through collaboration with the wider programme teams
• Scope, plan and monitor the change mitigation activities, and produce dashboard reporting
• Support the CAN (Change Agent Network) relationship, and design, coordinate and deliver the knowledge transfer
• Provide comms support programmes
• Always keep the key stakeholders engaged and involved

The primary skills, knowledge and experience being sort after for these deliverables include:

• A Minimum of 7 years' continual change management initiatives experience, with at least half of that being within SAP programmes
• Experienced in large-scale Global SAP Change Programmes
• Demonstrable experience of delivering best practice change management tools
• Strong experience in implementing sustainable change management processes
• Knowledge of multiple SAP modules would be highly advantageous
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA would be beneficial
• Industry experience within Manufacturing, Pharma, Chemicals, Life Sciences, FMCG or Food
• Strong English communication skills (fluent writing and speaking), with any other European languages (French, German, Spanish and/or Italian) being highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management experience, across all levels of an organisation
• Comfortable and experienced with working with globally dispersed teams, in multiple time zones
