Job Title: Director of Services

Location: Remote/Reading

Henderson Scott are working with a very exciting Technology (SaaS) organisation who are recruiting for a Director of Services for a market-leading organisation whose HQ is based in Reading.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a leadership role within a software organisation
• Strong background in an agile working environment
• Strong senior stakeholder experience both internally and externally
• SaaS experience
• Strong financials/budget management
• Knowledge of Project Management/Product Management/Customer Experience/Stakeholder management
• Strategic planning and business development experience

As Director of Services your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the successful operation and continuous improvement of products and services
• Product - set product vision
• Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices
• Customer Experience - offer great customer experience, and influence and participate in delivery efforts by working closely with the customer
• Budget ownership and allocation of funding to areas of the service based on their decisions about priorities
• Maintain the relationship with key customers, clients, partners and stakeholders
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
