ServiceNow Business Analyst currently required for a leading Global Financial Services business in Central London on a Permanent basis.

You will be able to demonstrate strong client facing skills, great stakeholder management and a proven track record in eliciting requirements within Service Transformation or Service Tooling projects.

In addition to the classic Business Analysis skills need this person will have a background within ServiceNow implementations with an appreciation for both the technical and functional aspects of a successful delivery.

Preferably you will also have a keen appreciation for the wider Service Management world and hold ITIL certification.
