Our client is a growing business and a market leader in business sale transactions. They offer a specialist approach tailored to their client’s needs and have a proven track record of success. They manage the business sale and acquisition process on behalf of their clients, and with a global reach their aim is to ensure each client achieves a successful business transaction outcome. They are now looking for a Head of Sales to spearhead the Medical and Healthcare divisions of their business who will work with them to deliver the next stage of their development plans for the future.

This role is key to the growth of the business and, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the business plan for these divisions in line with Board expectations. You’ll generate leads and strategically manage the activity of each client in conjunction with your team. A key part of the role is to provide clear leadership to the team and to work with the Board to develop, implement and deliver the strategy for the business and group which includes entering new markets within the Medical and Healthcare arena.   All in all, you will spearhead the Medical and Healthcare divisions, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded whilst maintaining outstanding levels of service and performance.

To be shortlisted for this role you will need to have experience in a similar role and we will need to see evidence of a proven track record of delivering performance across a range of indicators in a busy business sales environment.  Experience of business acquisition & sales plus developing and delivering a business strategy for growth is essential.
