Job Title: Business Change Manager
Inside IR35
Rate: GBP500/day (Umbrella Gross)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote/Luton when applicable.

Advantage Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our longstanding client for a Business Change Manager to drive change that will enable safe and secure working post covid.

Changes include working with IT stakeholders on delivery of a work station booking system, facilities management process change, and testing protocols and procedures relating to bio-security.

Experience sought:
. Demonstrable experience as a business change manager
. Ability to develop close working relationships both internally and externally
. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
. Experience in developing and facilitating workshops
. Experience applying change management approaches, tools and methods
. Strong communication skills - able to articulate change concepts simply
. Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel

As a Business Change Manager you will use your strong change planning, reporting and governance skills as well as Benefits Realisation and Change delivery in the following activities;

. Support the development of the Change Management Strategy to define, plan, deliver and measure the effectiveness of change
. Cost deliverables
. Responsible for the programme stakeholder engagement plan and ensure that stakeholders are engaged appropriately
. Production of change roadmap which clearly demonstrates the value of business change to the business
. Work with Workstream Lead to identify, record and manage project risks and issues
. Work with Workstream Lead to complete weekly highlight report
. Work with Workstream Lead to identify and create change requests as applicable
. Defining/updating any programme benefits and undertake regular reviews to assess/manage the delivery of benefits
. Ensuring ownership, management and measurement for benefits realisation has been established
. Prepare change impact assessments for projects within the programme
. Deliver business change activities to ensure stakeholder and user engagement during the project and business readiness for the solution adoption
. Identify appropriate and reliable tools and techniques to drive the change management delivery process and ensure high levels of user adoption
. Identify and manage resistance to change from the business identifying any potential issues to project management
. Help assess and recommend change requirements and products to enable the delivery of any tools or to support changes to processes and ways of working and take part in RFIs and RFPs as required.
