Key to this success is their expertise in eCommerce and we are currently looking for an exceptional SFDC Salesforce Business Analyst to join the team on a large Salesforce project for a well known UK retailer.
As the SFDC Salesforce Business Analyst you will have a passion for Salesforce technologies with a depth of functional understanding that allows you to maximize the business value gained by customers using solutions that you help to create.
You will be involved in requirements gathering and other functional activities, acting as a bridge between the business teams and the technical delivery teams in their mission to drive competitive advantage for the customer.

What we are looking for:
*Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant working on technology implementation projects.
*Minimum of 1-2 full life cycle projects implementing SFDC Salesforce CRM solutions
*Extensive experience working on projects in eCommerce/Retail domains
*Experience working in complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders including off-shore delivery teams.
*Ability to own and manage business & system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, user stories, UML diagrams, interface documentation, traceability Matrix and process change management
*Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of CRM Solution delivery and/or E-commerce (including D2C), Omni-channel Retailing and Order Management
*Experience in integration with E-commerce ecosystem components including PIM, OMS, CRM, CMS, BI/Web analytics, Price/Payment/Loyalty Management Systems, Customer Service Center, Search Engines
*Working knowledge of commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris/IBM Commerce/Magento/AEM is an added advantage
*Previous Consulting/Professional Services experience required
*Understanding of Agile project delivery
*Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
