CFO

The Opportunity

Following Series A investment, an international SaaS business is seeking their first full time CFO to oversee their scale-up phase taking them from £5m revenue to £25m revenue in the next 3 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CFO to build out a best-in-class finance function, implement SaaS metrics and KPI’s, build out forecasting models and a 3-year strategic plan. There will likely be further funding rounds in which the CFO is expected to take the lead, securing further growth capital for their international expansion.

The Role

You will need to drive a business partnering culture providing the CEO, COO and CTO with insightful analysis to enable informed strategic decision making. There will be a need to upgrade financial systems, visualise dashboards whilst providing commentary and accurate reporting. With entities in the UK, US and India you will be required to ensure strong corporate governance is in place across the business whilst evaluating further growth opportunities in those geographies.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a SaaS business
• Previous experience of an exit or fundraise
• International accounting experience
