An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed individual to support the operational delivery of the Company's Property Management services, transactions and projects in relation to the negotiation of occupational agreements, acquisitions and disposals to support the operational implementation of the estates strategy.
The successful applicant will have :
The ability to absorb complex information from a range of sources, and translate into priorities across the range of services managed
Analytical skills to understand, interpret, compare and assess options relating to risks, asset development and property transactions.
Ability to maintain estates records and property related records of duties, obligations and charges
High levels of awareness relating to planning, scheduling and delivery of complex capital programmes;
Demonstrate evidence of reporting techniques;
Understanding of capital schemes procurement and management;
Profile
Ideally hold a degree level qualification or equivalent experience
Expected to display their ability to operate in a commercial environment.
A previous NHS background is desirable,
You must hold professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
