I'm looking for someone with Software Implementation Project Management experience, but not a Senior Project Manager. You would be joining a UK PMO team which consists of one Head of PMO plus one other Senior Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to help my client embed their new methodology, act as a PM evangelist, learn about my client and increase your PM skills.

We would prefer someone who has experience in delivering projects in a vendor multi-project/multi-customer environment, which is very different from delivering projects from the customer side or internally. You must have great communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach to your work.

The company has very ambitious growth expectations for the next 5 years and are seeking a highly talented, self-motivated, dynamic professional to join the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading BI/CPM Vendor.

Instrumental to the successful delivery of a broad and varied portfolio of projects, your remit will be to underpin all project activity via an excellent understanding of process, documentation, management and communication.

Reporting to the UK Head of PMO, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the entire implementation life cycle from initiation through to delivery, following my clients Solution Delivery Methodology - PRIME

Managing multiple simultaneous projects with different clients

Performing all project management activities for projects including:-

Creating and managing complex project plans

Project administration and documentation

Allocating and managing project resource

Co-ordinating, attending and facilitating project and steering meetings

Ensuring that project actions/risks/issues are effectively handled

Liaising with internal and client staff at all levels including senior project stakeholders

Ensure that all projects adhere to my client's delivery methodology and governance

Helping to define and enhance delivery methodology.

Necessary skills and experience:

PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional with practical experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Ideally have two year's experience in a PMO background

Have experience of project framework and associated project governance

Be exceptional at building strong, long-lasting relationships - both internally and externally

Have excellent organisational and administrative skills

Fluent in English both written and verbal

Motivated, determined, self-starter

Be able to work independently or as part of a team

Able to work against very tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
