We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 clients.

MHC are hiring a Cyber Business Analyst - Data Protection to join us on a PAYE contract basis and work on-site at a London based bank. (Initially remote).

MHC are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for supporting Project Manager(s) across a number of projects through the ensuring all work/documents are compliant with the HSBC internal processes. The BA will:

Work with Cyber function lead, business representatives and Operating functions to identify and collate required information
Undertake current and future state process mapping
Can facilitate requirement workshops
Document user stories and user experience requirements
Complete requirements gathering and traceability
Strong Stakeholder management
Can create service workflows/process modelling
Design updates to operating model
Support technical teams around Solution design and testing
Able to Transition projects into Business as Usual Any with Cyber Security experience would be an advantage.
This role will be based in Sheffield and will be an initial 6 month contract.

Skills & experience: Required Skills & Experience:

5+ Years of experience
Proven business analysis experience in recent roles/assignments
Experience in a large organisation in financial services or another highly regulator sector is desirable Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery life cycles.
Proven experience of process mapping
Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
Working knowledge of Technology Architecture an advantage
Experience of designing and/or developing automated processes and workflows Ability to work at pace and at full utilisation
Experience of delivering multiple projects in parallel
Excellent attention to detail
Able to travel between London and Sheffield as required and at short notice
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence.
