FIS Project Manager - Intercompany


Responsible for enhancing and rolling out the AGIS module World Wide. There is an ambitious plan to rollout AGIS to 25+ Legacy EBS countries in 2021 in addition to 16+ countries with Full EBS Financials implementations in parallel.


The job owner will report to the FIS IT Program Manager.


  • Responsible for the successful rollout of AGIS intercompany solution.
  • Prioritizing and coordinating with various IT teams and stakeholders on the AGIS enhancements and their successful testing and migration to Production.
  • Responsible for the Commercial IDN enhancements and later rollout.
  • Coordinating regression testing of the Commercial IDN solution.
  • Coordinating and facilitating CRP's, UAT's, Pre-Prod and go-live project phases.
  • Communicating project status and actions to Superusers, Stakeholders and Steering Committee with different levels of details.
  • Work with Global Process Owners to ensure alignment with SOP's and business processes.
  • Work with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise system common design and overall ERP strategy
  • Provide support and guidance to implementation team members that may be involved in the respective projects.
  • Be willing to be hands on in the system to resolve blocking issues or bugs.
  • Proactively identify potential risks within the scope of the job responsibilities and take preventive measures to mitigate them.


  • Graduate level of studies in any subject although Computer Science or Business or Accounting related subjects preferred.
  • Project Management experience 2 years +
  • Functional Consultant experience - specifically Core Financials modules - AR, AP, OM highly desirable.
  • International experience of working onshore with client(s)
  • Past experience of implementing AGIS module in Oracle EBS desirable.
  • SQL query writing/running skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) a bonus.
  • Experience of using MSPO or Desktop MS Project a plus.
