SC Cleared Business Design Analyst - 6 months Contract

Capita's leading London based client is looking to secure the services of an SC Cleared Business Design Analyst for a 6 months Contract (Inside IR35), but mainly working remotely.

Key Skills:

This role has a real focus on Organisational Design and Business Process Design. Looking for knowledge of demand modelling, governance, organisational charts, Operating Module development (normally used in consultancies)

Essential:

* Good understanding of all levels of design (conceptual, logical and physical)

* Experience of undertaking business analyst activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations

* Experience of developing business operating models

* Experience in developing design documentation throughout the project life cycle

* Good understanding of the change life cycle and business case development

* Experience of working with various stakeholders within a large organization including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities, with the ability to identify and engage stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)

SC Clearance is MANDATORY for this role.
