Overview:
My client is a leading multi-brand e-tailer of luxury products, serving a dynamic international market. The business generated revenues of c.£120m last year and has impressively achieved a 40% growth YOY despite the impact of Covid. The company's continued growth paves way for an exciting exit horizon.
The Role:
Working alongside an accomplished newly appointed CEO and industry experts, you will be tasked with preparing the business for a successful sale anticipated to take place in Q4. We are seeking a hands-on operator to support the VDD process, dealing with bank requests, liaising with the Head of BI, gathering corporate documents, updating the data room, and modelling around any changes / shifts using cohort analysis.
