International manufacturing and technology business, whose head office in the UK, are looking to hire an Interim Group Reporting Manager to support them for 6 months during their year-end and external audit process.  The expectation will be that you be based remotely for the duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and review financial data, produced by the consolidation system
  • Preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS, including all notes to the accounts
  • Manage any relevant disclosures and assist with going concern/impairment/technical queries
  • Lead and coordinate external audit process with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong background in group financial reporting and accounts preparation
  • Experience working in a large, international business of relevant scale and complexity
  • Hands-on and detail focused individual, able to work autonomously
