Rate: 350 Euros per day

  • Experienced in creating customized communication strategies for different stakeholders/
    clients/audiences
  • Experienced in single handedly providing ideation and content for all communication campaigns
  • Worked with in-house designers, external agencies/vendors and video editors to produce marketing collaterals like newsletters/e-newsletters, press releases, articles, blogs, posters, leaflets, flyers, brochures, infographics, webcasts, e-mailers, etc. as per brand guidelines (like style, fonts, images, tone etc.) of the organization
  • Well versed in researching, creating content, editing, proofreading, recreating content pieces etc. while ensuring grammatical accuracy, brevity, and syntax
  • Possess multitasking and time management skills. Should be able to take care of multiple deliverables within the stipulated deadlines/timelines
  • An excellent communicator with good written and oral communication skills, PowerPoint, digital and social media skills

Change Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated change manager who will play a key role in change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoptions and usage. The ideal candidate will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Applicants seeking a long-term relationship will get first consideration.

Resource will:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required in a project.
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support training efforts

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders alongside coaching managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Manage the change portfolio

Technical Skills:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years related experience in similar roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be a team player
