Head of Diversity & Inclusion

Annapurna have partnered with a well known media company who are looking for a Head of Diversity & Inclusion to join the team.

The Head of Diversity & Inclusion will report to the HR Director and be responsible for designing & delivering the Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the business. This is a newly created role.

Responsibilities include:

• Design & deliver the Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
• Champion D&I initiatives across the business.
• Gail buy in from the business and drive the cultural change
• Design and deliver diversity & Inclusion events
• Form external relationships with D&I experts to enable you to design worldclass D&I strategy.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a diversity and inclusion role, ideally in a creative environment. They must have excellent communications and project management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to drive change.
