Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Web, Mobile, DevOps

A disruptive Sports Technology company who have been featured in a range of well-known Tech & Fitness magazines/blogs have a brand new vacancy for a CTO to join the team as they plan to scale their Technical function over the coming years. You'll be joining a 20-man team and will be responsible for setting the technical strategy and making key technical decisions across the board. The role will initially iunvolve some hands-on development and 'tech lead' responsibilities, however will gradually move into a hands-off position as the team grows.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have solid skills around Mobile Development & Architecture. One of the key responsibilities will revolve around migrating their existing mobile app from React Native to Swift (or other - it's your choice!). You will need to have additional experience within a startup (or fast-paced) environment and will need to be confident when it comes to hiring, managing and mentoring.

This is a great opportunity to join a company who are attempting to change the fitness industry and who are growing quickly. Over the next few months, they plan to make over 120 new hires within the tech team, with this being the first one!

Key skills:

** Previous Experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering or similar

** Strong experience around Mobile Development - knowledge of React Native

** Technical strategy and decision-making

** Recruitment, team management and mentoring

** Cloud & DevOps - AWS ideally
