Change Management Programme Lead required with proven background in change management creation, change management strategies, the communication and delivery for large scale strategic tech transformations ideally global particularly focussing on technology teams, organisational, process and cultural chance within large scale technology environment across multiple locations and brands is required by global technology giant with thousands of technologists across the UK and worldwide.

Key skills required as the Change Management Programme Lead will include
  • Being responsible for the scoping, creation, build and delivery of Change Management strategies/change strategy that will create insight into change from an organisational and cultural prospective across at least 10 customer facing digital brands.
  • Proven experience of delivering large scale complex change management programmes across large scale technology functions with numerous stakeholders and experience of working on Technology change for mergers would be very useful
  • Proven experience of using data to highlight and report on change management and highlight the scope for change within the technology teams and organisations
  • Operating at a group level you will building partnerships across technology organisations and teams to deliver best practice approaches for change management across projects and programmes that will be part of the global tech transformation across people, process and platforms
  • You will also be responsible for building change management tools that can scale and specifically evaluate, keep track of and indicate the scale and impact of changes that are possible to deliver across technology team's group wide.
  • Experience of working in face paced environments that thrive on the pace of innovation and change and have been involved in building this change culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at a levels up to the C Suite to work across a large stakeholder management community and to feed into the overall tech strategy from a change perspective, and to successfully implement them without having direct control.
  • Other skills required will be strategic thinking, excellent communication and influencing skills where you are working across multiple organisations who have divisional autonomy and for which you will have influence without authority
