CFO

Our client is a privately owned, fast-growing, digital health company that is working alongside the NHS to enhance the patient experience and radically transform the delivery of healthcare services thus benefiting patients, doctors, administrative teams and tax-payers. The Founders of the business are looking to hire an experienced finance professional to work alongside the senior leadership team bringing financial leadership and excellence to the business. The role will be responsible for driving the end to end performance process from strategy design through to operational delivery and review. It will have primary responsibility for all end to end Finance activities in the business and will be an active participant in all key business decisions. 

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the finance team
• Ensure the business has robust systems, processes and controls throughout
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner the Founders in developing and leading strategy and commercial decision making at Board Level
• Support the business with high quality financial analysis and modelling
• Manage external relationships such as banks, auditors, advisors, investors  
• Play a key role and lead in any M&A activity

This is a key role within the business. The CFO will be highly visible and will have the opportunity to make an extremely positive impact on the organisation.
