Job Details

This global PMO role is working on the integration and transformation of two global businesses. This is a large scale operation and will require an individual who has worked as a Global PMO head on previous global assignments.

The role will involve the following

  1.  Integration – bringing the two businesses together  
  2. Organisation Transition - Review of combined business s it drives towards  continuous health. Transformation – working towards end state

As the Global head of PMO, you will be responsible  for providing both strategic oversight and providing hands on control to the programme.

Managing governance and controls for the programme, ensuring interdependences are identified and managed effectively, Providing updates and actions on any risks. Providing a solid control environment to the programmes success.

Managing, hiring and developing a team of people who can support the programme as it evolves and transitions through the stages .

Working with a diverse stakeholder group across multiple sites.

Looking for

An individual with proven domain expertise in PMO who can bring rigorous methodology, process controls and depth of experience working in this area on a global programme.

Demonstrable experience in the science and discipline of PMO, Governance and controls and tools to manage interdependencies.

A strategic thinker who will help guide the transformation and understand the impact on all employees.

Have worked on a large scale Global integration as the PMO lead and understands the complexities and challenges faced on large scale programmes.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to be able to in influence and delivery positive outcomes.

Experience of managing, developing and recruiting a team of people.
