We are a successful, fast-growing and highly profitable business services organisation.

Following receipt of fresh investment capital, we are now at the start of an exciting new phase of growth, with a view to quadrupling the size of our business and starting to operate outside of the UK.

In order to ensure that we deliver on our potential and that we produce the expected return on the newly raised capital, we are seeking a world-class CRO to help us build an even brighter future.

As CRO, you will work with the CEO and the rest of the Executive Team, to finalise the strategic plan for the next phase, before taking ownership for delivering all the commercial elements of the plan. At its heart, this role is all about sales enablement, opportunity conversion and direct marketing - ultimately to deliver the next phase of growth.

We are hoping to attract a CRO of the highest possible calibre, someone bold, ambitious, driven, motivated and excited to help transform our organisation into the global, market-leader we believe we can be.

Applications are welcome from passionate sales/revenue leaders who can demonstrate that they possess the following skills, experience and characteristics:

  • Clear evidence of implementing and enforcing sales best practices (pipeline, forecasting, sales methodologies, customer success, retention strategies, data driven decision making)
  • Best-in-class leverage of multiple CRM systems to drive performance
  • Deep understanding of direct B2B marketing and speciifc experience with modern tools, processes, and technologies which support sales and marketing alignment, lead automation, sales enablement and customer success (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, SalesLoft, Gainsight, Outreach, Showpad, Brainshark etc
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate in a matrixed environment
  • Fierce intellect whilst also being an emotionally-intelligent, collegiate, team-player
  • Proven track record in leading sales & marketing teams through successful periods of rapid growth
  • Biased towards B2B, although B2C will be considered in exceptional circumstances
  • Experienced in launching new business lines and new markets
  • Passionate, energised, committed, compelling and inspiring
