Job Details
Experienced Transformation Lead required for this international construction business undergoing significant change. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer you will lead a newly created Group Transformation Office and be instrumental in developing and delivering a range of programmes that facilitate the implementation of the organisations strategy across the UK.
As the successful candidate you must demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Programme Director / Transformation Lead and track record of delivering change in complex environments (internal business change as opposed to leading large infrastructure projects)
- Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing or heavy industrial businesses is essential
- Background in top tier consulting is also essential
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfortable with board level dynamics
- Hands on approach and willingness to get into the detail when required

- Base salary circa £150K + bonus and benefits.
