Customer Transformation Director
Experienced Transformation / Programme Director required for this international technology business undergoing significant change. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer you will define and implement a programme to transform customer experience across the organisation providing a more consistent, efficient and streamlined service offering to the international customer base. This will include looking at the TOM, ways of working, systems and processes across multiiple functions, skills required and significant culture change.
As the successful candidate you must demonstrate:
- Previous experience defining and delivering customer service / customer experience change programmes
- Strong subject matter expertise in customer operations
- Hands on knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Experience working in international organisations with matrix structures
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- ASAP start date
- Remote working with UK travel
- Base salary circa £100K + bonus and benefits.
