As the Head of Data, you will be launching a new product for an Ecommerce company, building out a big data platform. You are required to scale the platform and build a team to ensure its production ready.
THE COMPANY:
This data-driven Ecommerce company have one of the strongest user platforms on the market. They build on innovative ideas and invest it the most modern techs to help them remain ahead of their competitors. However, they lack a streaming element to this platform which they need to introduce to help their latest product launch.
THE ROLE:
As the Head of Data, you are required to strategically plan how the platform will be architected and productionised to host this company's new product. You will take the lead on tech decisions as well as helping to build out a Data team, Software team and DevOps. The role will require someone who comes from a hands on Data background but also has managed teams and led architectural decisions.
