The Role
Reporting to our client's Assistant Director for SEND, you will be responsible for the allocation and provision of SEND services across early years (i.e. nursery and reception).
You will be tasked with:
Developing locality SEND teams
Establishing locality-based health visitor and SALT/OT posts

Supporting transitions through the identification of link professionals to support the mainstream process as well as children requiring more specialist support/provision
This role will be offered on an initial six month contract, with a possibility of the option of an extension. We envisage interviews taking place in January, with the successful candidate starting the contract as soon as possible thereafter. The IR35 status of the assignment is being determined, and the day rate will be dependent upon final IR35 status.
Candidates
This role calls for a SEND Manager / Consultant, with experience of Early Years as an interim manager or consultant, or as an educational psychologist or advisory teacher.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills will be required for success.
As this role is home-based, candidates are not required to commute into an office (so location is not important) but candidates should be able to work remotely.
Next Steps
If you are looking for a challenging and stimulating interim opportunity, with a great team, that will fully utilise your exceptional skills and experience, then look no further. To express your interest in this role, please submit a fully detailed CV quoting your current remuneration details and reference number (phone number removed)
