This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a key role in the management of this successful co-educational and boarding Foundation. The new Bursar will build upon existing achievements whilst playing a fundamental role in developing and implementing our bold Strategic Education Vision, alongside the School’s management teams.

You must be an experienced and effective leader with the ambition, drive and energy to further develop the role for the Foundation, with the ability to grow strong relationships with our key stakeholders, and the wider community. You will have a degree, with additional qualifications such as ICSA, Accountancy or Management an additional advantage.

You should have well developed leadership, communication and project management skills, evidenced by a proven track record. You will have strong commercial, financial and business acumen, and the ability to lead and drive the strategy for your Bursarial Management team.

Candidates should note that the position is a wide-ranging one, changing over time as strategic priorities are met and fresh objectives set. The post holder will require a strong and flexible commitment to the needs of the Foundation and an interest in the development of all areas of school life. In making the appointment, particular regard will be given to the potential exhibited by candidates as well as to their experience.
