HR Business Partner
Our client, a global financial services business, are looking to engage an HR Business Partner as part of a wider business transformation programme.
The role will be supporting the Technology function and will assist with the digital transformation agenda whilst also playing a key part in evolving the HR strategy and it's commercial deliverables.
To be considered for this role you will be a strategic HR Business Partner who can demonstrate working at pace, have experience of leading a business through change and transformation, have excellent stakeholder skills across all levels, and have experience of supporting wider areas of HR including Learning and Reward. Ideally you will also be coming from either an agile technology or financial services background.
