Our retained client is a large scale Consumer facing organisation generating significant revenues internationally.

As Director of Finance Systems, key challenges include:

• Leading and developing a team of around 25-30 staff
• Providing functional support to finance and procurement systems and processes, and to the FP&A tools
• Directing and delivering change end-to-end across the financial systems platforms
• Continually monitoring performance, priorities and resources
• Defining, refining and evolving the finance improvement agenda
• Maintaining and monitoring the key finance policies
• Effective stakeholder management, group-wide, with the market CFOs
• Identifying and executing opportunities to optimise systems, processes and the data landscape

The successful candidate will have the following profile:

• A qualified finance professional (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/equivalent) with experience of leading finance systems and process teams, and finance transformation
• A track record of delivery in a large scale, complex organisation
• The ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level
• Proven experience leading teams
• SAP experience is desirable
• Expertise spanning project management, finance strategy, and finance improvement
