These opportunities will appeal to professional sales and service oriented Sales Managers who will enjoy the challenge of growing a business on a P&L basis in a region with lots of potential.  The company is a specialist in supplying, installing, repairing and maintaining industrial doors to a broad contracts customer base and key to success is the successful sales of PPM maintenance contracts including a reactive repair service.  The company is private equity owned with great potential and the role reports to the Regional Business Centre Director.  Each business unit has a team comprised of in-field service and repair engineers, telesales, estimating and customer liaison/coordinating/planning. As a Regional Business Centre Manager you will lead from the front, drive sales and drive your teams to high levels of performance.  The company has a very hands-on, hardworking culture and you will need to identify with this.   Knowledge of and experience in the industrial door market is highly preferable but the client may also consider other avenues focused on products operating in the manufacturing, processing and production environment that requires service and PPM maintenance elements to support continuous operation including 24/7 emergency service. Potentially candidates may also apply from building technology, building interiors, access control, security systems, M&E, HVAC, Fork Lifts, plant, storage systems, however it will be critical candidates from these industries can demonstrate experience in sales of PPM contracts and emergency 24/7 repair environment.  Given the strength in depth of the industrial and manufacturing base within both regions personal experience of providing service contracts engaging direct with plant management and heads of manufacturing is also critically important.
