Together, you’ll promote our Commercial Business offering and Bespoke Insurance product portfolio, which has been specifically designed to drive growth and protect the needs of high-net-worth clients.


In all cases, we’re looking for proven sales leaders and business developers, with strong relationship skills and a genuine passion for customer service, who can spot and convert a sales opportunity. Someone who can manage themselves, their team and the business, growing revenues and profit along the way. We are sure you will have definitely done it for someone else, but now is the time to do it for yourself. if you also have some knowledge and experience of financial services or the general insurance sector then even better – but either way, don’t let it deter you from applying.


Rest assured, we’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed, whether that’s access to expert support and specialist advice or just high-quality product and systems training. More importantly, you’ll have a partner to act as a mentor, sharing their knowledge of the business, the area and the people, enabling you to quickly find your feet and help ensure the business continues to flourish.


Estimated on target earnings for the first year (based on the current renewal income of the agency) are £70,000 and thereafter it will be up to you, with no limit to your future earnings potential, which will be governed by your drive, vision and personal ambition. But equally, the lifestyle and the freedom that goes with being your own boss and running your own business should not be underestimated.
