This key role carries responsibility for leading and mentoring a team of highly qualified regulatory affairs executives which will focus on submissions in Europe and is fundamental to the successful delivery of the company’s longer-term growth strategy for Europe and its global markets. The role will also involve submissions to regulatory authorities to obtain product authorisations, the provision of updates on regulatory guidelines and legislation, maintaining regulatory compliance and developing project plans and budgets.
A high quality individual with the leadership skills and headroom to grow with this high growth development intensive company is required. You will need to have first-class academic credentials, ideally with post-graduate qualifications to PhD level in chemistry, biochemistry or an equivalent discipline and importantly also a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the crop protection industry or alternatively in food science. Fluency in a second language would also be advantageous.
Your formative career will include solid and professional regulatory affairs training in either a generic or R&D based company or a major contract research organisation in the European plant protection sector.
