SF Executive have been retained by a £100m t/o industrial products business in Warwickshire to source an operationally confident and deal experienced Chief Financial Officer.

As right hand to the CEO and as a major player on The Board, you will be responsible for setting and driving strategy as well as for all management and statutory reporting for this private equity backed organisation.

With experience in the industrial products or manufacturing space, you will be able to deliver robust and timely financial information to the business and external stakeholders - ultimately you will work with these stakeholders to lead the wholesale divestment of the organisation.

Given the above, you will have previously been Chief Financial Officer of a standalone industrial products or manufacturing business and ideally you will also have led the sale process of such an organisation - precedence will be given to candidates who have led sale processes for businesses under private equity ownership.
