Programme Manager - Pharmaceutical

Our client is currently looking for a Programme Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will be the first and single point of contact for all new requests coming from your colleagues and will take responsibility for triaging and managing each scope of work through the delivery team, reporting progress of delivery, managing issues and commercially responsible for the programme as a whole whilst the Project Managers focus on each project deliverable

Role responsibilities:

• Developing a detailed programme plan taking into account the full project scope, all workstreams, and the key stakeholders and departments within the client and other third-party agencies that would need to be involved
• Developing and managing project scope. Assessing client requests and prioritising in line with project goals and budgets
• Working with senior clients and key stakeholders across the marketing and associated departments/partners, and Rapp Agency.
• Managing expectations of clients and project stakeholders/sponsors at multi-levels including regional c-level leadership within the client and across the major market stakeholders.
• Taking ownership for driving delivery through and being client facing whilst building a level of respect and trust with your clients.
• Managing programme delivery, working in sprints to enable continuous delivery against roadmap. This will involve the coordination of many teams including the client marketing team, client IT, Omnicom agencies, Software vendors, technology strategy, implementation and transformation teams.
• Managing of budgets and resources needed to deliver the programme against the vision
• Work with a Technology Strategist/Consultant to ensure transformation and programme plan are aligned
• Organising the internal team to ensure timings are being hit and key meetings are in place and work is correctly prioritized and dependencies between workstreams are understood and managed in each delivery schedule such that they align.
• We need a strong candidate that will own and organise this programme of change. The candidate needs to have experience in managing across senior clients, multiple stakeholders, agencies and departments.

Skills required:

• Experience of programme management of senior client teams, in global organisations, overseeing technical and change management programmes is also required.
• They will need to have strong project management and account management experience of software development in an Agency environment.
• You'll be someone who's able to negotiate, coach, present and troubleshoot all the way through a project.
• You should be agile and able to think on your feet - multi-tasking will come naturally, and you'll have your finger on the pulse continually across all projects.
• Must have a positive and client facing attitude
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical sector would also be beneficial
• Prince2 and/or SCRUM certification beneficial
