Business Analyst - Market Risk, Testing - Financial Services - Paris

Business Analyst required by financial services client of mine to join their business during a large market risk transformation project. This is a contract position, based in Paris, offering a daily rate range of between ???500 and ???700. For this role you will need to be fluent in both French and English.

The business is undertaking a large risk transformation moving away from SPAN based risk models to VaR frameworks across multiple asset classes. As such there is much to be done surrounding not only the Risk IT systems, but also in working with the regulators for approval. You will be tasked with analysing and synthesising the business needs. There will also be a large amount of testing involved, so experience in testing is essential, coupled with excellent knowledge and exposure to Market Risk.

Requirements

1. Excellent experience in Market Risk is essential
2. Good experience in business analysis and also testing. This person must be experienced with the ability to work autonomously with little direction as well.
3. Fluent in both French and English.
