Our client is currently a small but rapidly growing Broker based in central London. Part of a larger international business, the London operation is seeking an exeprienced Head of Finance to lead the Finance operation during a period of exciting transformation within the business. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with commercial and strategic experience from a top tier financial institution.

The Role:

• The role will take responsibility for the Finance function, which is supported by an accountant
• You will be a pivotal part of a global transformation program, deisgned to significantly grow presence in the UK market
• Take ownership of the regulatory reporting operation and to apply best practice across their global locations
• To work very closely with the London CEO to support and drive the business from a commercial and strategic standpoint

Requirements:

• You must a fully qualified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA preferred)
• Originally trained with a top practice firm
• Held or holding a role with a global financial services business
• Experience working in a changing environment
• Likely to be operating as a divisional FD seeking a no.1 role in a small firm or an established FD/CFO seeking a new challenge
