We are now seeking a Director of People and Culture to join our dynamic and ambitious team. As the UK’s leading charity and service-provider focussed on improving children and young people’s mental health, relationships and positive human spirit and connection are at the very heart of our organisation.

The new Director will play a key leadership role in our organisation, central to our Executive Team, guiding our organisation’s drive to attract, recruit, retain and develop a rich and diverse team, all committed to improving the mental health of children and young people. This is a critical role in our ongoing development and you will be responsible for driving the strategic people and engagement agenda as well as continued transformation of HR operations in line with business needs.  

We need an individual who is passionate about our mission and takes a values led approach, ensuring we have a collaborative and inclusive culture. Balancing strategic and operational needs, you will be adaptable and able to work with a wide range of diverse stakeholders; internally and externally. We are keen to find someone with proven experiences at a senior level of leading and inspiring a successful Human Resources and Organisation Development team in a people and service focused organisation. The Director of People and Culture will have strong strategic understanding, and operational delivery, of people agendas and best in class practices, ideally with experience of working with both employees and volunteers.
