Head of Customer Experience & Loyalty required by my client, a market leading Utilities business, to based UK wide.

This is a high profile and strategic role within the business, responsible for shaping Customer & Loyalty experience across the Branch, contributing to the business' overall ethos to become as customer- centric as possible. You will build a high performing, customer contact centre (both B2C & B2B), with the overall aim to increase customer loyalty/retention.

To be considered for this role applicants must have the following experience:
  • Proven experience at Head of' level
  • Strong exposure leading high performing contact centre teams
  • Proven skills in building customer - centric contact centres from scratch
  • High energy, motivating personality
  • Strong change and stakeholder management skills
  • Utilities background
  • Flexible to travel UK wide
This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven Head of Customer Experience to secure a high level and permanent role with a global organisation, establishing contact centres with a strong customer focus as well as leading a strong talent and engagement strategy within these centres.

This is a permanent role which can be based nationwide, paying a salary of between GBP75,000-85,000 + car allowance + an excellent package.
