Flint is looking for a Project Manager working on an IPv6 enablement in a DC Network

Job description:

Role purpose: Coordinate the design, delivery and financing of IPv6 enablement across internal office, transport and data center network.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Coordinate use cases definition Identify enablements needed for use cases delivery, dependencies and Security requirements
• Define and maintain project roadmap
• Collect budget needs and ensure resources financing
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate use cases delivery
• Produce reports on project status, risks and issues

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Mandatory: working knowledge of IPv6 and software-defined (SDN, SDWAN) concepts
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure building blocks (compute, storage, database, network) and general concepts (eg virtualization)
• Good networking concepts understanding (switching, routing, Firewalling, OSI model, TCP/IP protocols)
• Good understanding of general OSS concept (monitoring, alarming, ticketing tools)
• Good knowledge and usage of ITIL v3 modules
• Experience in data center or enterprise network-related (not access networks) projects
• International experience and background in a complex business environment essential.
• as well as ability to work across an international and distributed team in a complex business environment.
