Alexander Daniels is delighted to be working in partnership with a high-growth SME that has recently acquired private equity-funding, and looking to engage a new Finance Director to take them through the next stage of their journey of accelerated growth.

The company in question sits within the IT space, and we are looking on this occasion only for applicants with a background in IT-related businesses. With strong annual revenue growth (+20% YoY), positive cash flow and a healthy EBIT, this role is purely focused on continued commercial growth.

You will be leading the finance team and working very closely with the private equity house on a regular basis, with impressive growth targets in place. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to grow out a larger and more sophisticated finance team, as well as lead a project to overhaul reporting processes in-line with objectives outlined by the parent owners. You will be extremely hands-on with operations and commercial, acting in harmony with a number of other 'Head Of's who operate under the CEO.

About youYou must be a qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACMA or ACCA) with experience in SMEs, ideally have been in a private equity-environment having seen out an exit to completion.
